Hey im looking to upgrade my CPU. I have a i5 4670k and have noticed some performance issues. I usually play CS:GO and occasionally other titles like Skyrim, Fallout, and GTA V. When I play CS:GO and have a youtube video or twitch video up i get some serious stutters or jitters when i play CS. To the point where it is really distracting. Do you guys think a CPU upgrade would solve this problem? If so, should I upgrade to a i7 4790k or should I upgrade to a next gen i7 (means i would new mobo and ram).
