Help with new computer build, trying to load Windows 7-Keeps restarting back into BIOS

Hi,
This is not my first computer build, so I am familiar with many issues that go along with building a computer and loading software.
I just put in my windows 7 disk, and booted up my computer-I was able to start loading Windows 7, but it restarted the first time incompletely-half way through the setup and booted to the BIOS screen. I was confused by this as it gave me no error codes before the BIOS screen. I continued to boot from my SSD, which is where I am loading my Windows 7. Again, Windows 7 is incompletely loaded and boots back to BIOS almost complete!!!
Please help, I just want to get gaming!

Thanks

I'm not sure but you may need to load the sata drivers so windows can see the SSD.
windows starts the install, makes the temporary drive and extracts the files but cannot fins a drive to install them to.
during windows setup it will ask if you need to load drivers, press the trigger and tell it where the driver is, then setup will proceed.
