m going to build a pc in march and i have a list of everything im getting but wasnt sure about the motherboard.

Im getting:

EVGA 980 Gtx
Intel I5 core processor
EVGA supernova 850 gold power supply
CM Storm Stryker Case
WD black 1 tb hdd 7200 Rpm
And a few sticks of DDR4 Ram.

I was leaning towards the gigabyte lga1151 intel z170 2 way sli motherboard for $220 but i dont plan on sli. So i need help finding a motherboard for a cheaper price but make sure all of this goes together as well.

Im mainly wondering about the motherboard. I want a good ddr4 one that will fit everything and cost less than the $220 one with sli. I dont plan on sli so im trying to find a good one that works with everything
