CPU Higher than usual!!

I play dying light at 55-65'c on my GTX 980 and my i7 4790k at 40-55'c and now its was at 55-60'c and i got off dying light and its still at that temperature. Please help. Im afraid this will ruin my cpu!

55'c isn't too much of a concern, but if you are worried, try checking again now. It could've been that the temperature values hadn't settled down, and thus were showing up so high.
