Change motherboard or entire rig? Advice needed :o

I'm in need of a bit of advice.
I have a 3 year old Hackintosh build which has run great for video editing, although it's being used less and less for this purpose.
Being my first and only build I made a few regretful part purchases, but the main one is that I did not go with mATX. The huge and heavy Fractal Design Define R4 case is proving to be more of an issue as I move it around every month or so.

My parts are currently:
Gigabyte Z77-DS3H mobo
Intel i7 3770k
Gigabyte GTX 660
Corsair h100i

My question is, given the parts I have and the probable cost of $100-$150 for a Hackintosh compatible Z77 mATX motherboard (plus new case cost), should I upgrade the mobo and switch the case for a smaller and portable one, or should that money just be put into buying a new rig with a new CPU and new parts?

I'm a bit out of the game with my knowlege of the parts I have.. not sure if they are still considered good?

Thanks heaps!

I wouldn't think about changing the CPU it's still very good. I think you are on the right track and have answered your own question. If you need a more portable solution go with a mATX board and case.
