I have a i5-4690k processor, and I'll be playing WoW and CSGO only. Shud i buy a H81 or a B85 motherboard? Which would be better and why?

If you want to overclock, you need a Z87 or Z97 board. Also an aftermarket cooler.
If you don't want to overclock, either will do, but there's no point in paying extra for the k chip.

So count up your connections of the rest of your build and see. But the B85 is better than the H81 in every respect.
The combination of either with a i5-[xxxx]k processor isn't optimal though since the k is a more expensive (generally) version of a non-k chip with the express purpose of overclocking. And neither the H81 or the B85 is built with overclocking in mind.
