about Asrock H110M-HDV/D3 motherboard USB2.0 problems

Hey guys, I got a new Asrock H110M-HDV/D3 motherboard with a intel i-5 6400 cpu, after windows os installation,i can move my mouse but can't scroll, keyboard can't turn off numlock, and my external HD can not been read, whats wrong with it??
Please Help ~=[

Thanks, it solved when I installed the USB 3.0 driver from the very beginning, installed the other drivers after it. It is an order problem of drivers installation.

hey thanks for answering, but after installed Intel® Chipset Device Software (INF Update Utility), it asked me to downgrade the drivers as I got a latest one, should I downgrade ??
For your ref. I have updated the bios to the latest
