So atm my bios is F8 version but the F15 is the newest one I'm using i7 4770k processor and gigabyte website says that F12 version is supporting 4th gen processors, is that why I am experiencing fps drops in cpu intensive games? Help me, should I flash bios or not?

Well it would help if you said what motherboard you have, you should list all your specs when you ask something like this. There are a million things that could cause you to have frame drops I have no idea what causing that without more info. In what games? How big are these fps drops? What settings are you playing at? What are the cpu and gpu temps when the drops occur? What does cpu usage and gpu usage look like when the frame drops occur?
I'm using GA B85M D3H MB rev 1.0 I heard it has dualbios so when something goes wrong it fixes itself, I play on low cpu gpu temps are idle 29 degrees in csgo 40-50 and experiencing fps drops from 400-150 and then it goes quickly up. In other games micro fps drops aswell.
