Hi guys, i need help on picking the best and cheap psu available out there for my build. Here are my specs (budget build)

i5-4460/4570/4590 (please help me pick one, i want the 4460 but it seems a lil underpowered)
Asrock H81M-VG4
Zotac GTX 970 4GB GDDR5
Corsair Vengeance Black (1x8GB)
WD Blue SATA3 7200RPM 1000GB

I can't spend much for the PSU, as my budget is limited. I've been checking out Thermaltake litepower, they're cheap but not trustworthy as i've seen somewhere here. VS series cost pretty much here, CX series cost a little bit more than the VS but they cost a little too much for me (or should i just collect more money for it? Is it worth it?) I'm trying to keep the price under $900. PC parts are a little expensive here, and we don't get discounts.

You can tell from the hardware.

OP. Cheap, good, and reliable are incompatible for high performance gaming computers.

Link to a local site where you might buy from and we can recommend your best choice. 450W will be enough.

Buy the cheapest of those CPUs, the 3% difference is negligible.

Heres the parts you listed with a good Bronze PSU from Seasonic. You need a min of 500w, this is a 520w. A 620w would run 10 more

In general, with your video card you want to shoot for a 500watt PSU. Assuming you already have a case, OS, keyboard/mouse, monitor, then this should do you.

The OP is not in the USA.

I've looked at the Cooler Master V2 500W - It's CoolerMaster, and it's cheap. I skipped on it because i saw at another thread people said it isn't good. I've checked the VS550, it seems nice and i've read some good review on it. Out of 3, which one would you pick? The Seasonic, CM, or Corsair? (Price->Reliability)

Yeah figured as much, but wasn't getting a response on location so just laid out a general idea.
