im planning to build my very first desktop, and ive been searching and reading reviews, benchmarks, comparisons etc and its been really hard because people keeps contradicting each other to which is better. . its my first build I dont wanna mess this up esp

so im STUCK with $400 (Php 19,000) maximum budget so obviusly AMD is the choice.
i've been to my local computer shop and they gave me this:

amd a6 6400k w/ MSI a78m-(something) motherboard = $105.28 -(Php 5,000)
8gb ram (4gb / $26.32) x2 = $52.64 -(Php 2,500)
Raden r7 250 2gb dd3 = $82.12 -(Php 3,900)
500gb hdd = $52.64 -(Php 2,500)
Recon casing with psu = $42.11 -(Php 2,000)

total: $334.78 (Php 15,900)

but i want to upgrade the video card to R7 260x 2gb ddr 5 @ $137.91
also,
i want to upgrade my apu to amd a8 7600 @ $109.70

if you guys have better suggestion please tell me

question 1: is it worth to buy r7 260x adding $55.79 with the total of $390.57 all in all.
ive been watching videos and it seems r7 260x performs good on witcher 3, fallout4, farcry etc.

question 2: if i do buy r7 260x, will it be compatible with a6 6400k or a8 7600 ??
if it is compatible, can i do a dual graphics? like use both the apu and the gpu together to get fps boost on games?

people say apu and gpu are good, some say they are waste of money an potential(according to some random intel fanboys lol)

im planning to buy by the first week of march so help me up guys.
if i have some errors and mistake to the things i just said, just please correct me if im wrong :D

nah, comparing that i3 to the 5400k. the 5400 has a Much better performance per dollar, but that gpu is an amazing choice. i would not suggest that build except that gtx 950. but, if ur planing to do only productivity that intel build is good but if ur planning to do gaming and productivity then i suggest the amd

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH for that great suggestion sir, the gpu is really great!
but cant i stick to a6 6400k? since the reviews says 6400k is better than 5400k,?
but if you think 5400k is better ill get it then,
i dont mind spending up to 400 dollars, and im also planning on buying a 120gb ssd just for the OS, do you thinks its worth it?
thank you again for the great help and suggestion friend :D

120gb ssd is not worth it . If u have the cash go ahead . Also u can go for the 6400 if ur not tight with the budget cuz the 6400 and 5400 Does not have a major differences
