Gainward has been around for quite some time. They were the premium brand back in early 2000's with they Golden, Ultra, PowerPack, etc lines of cards. Then they sold to Palit and there was a hiatus for a while where they didn't manufacture cards. I always remember them packaging alot of adapters, games and other goodies with their cards too.

They look exactly the same with same RAM, same clock speeds, same ports, etc. I say choose which ever is cheaper overall or has a longer warranty.
