Hello everyone i would like to ask you guys for some professional opinions :D
My pc Specs are :
AMD FX 8320
GPU: SAPPHIRE DUAL-X ATI RADEON R9 270 OC 2GB DDR5
MOBO:GA-78LMT-USB3
RAM:4GB
PSU:Be quiet ! straight power 650w
Sorry for making everything randomized here(added at the end of writing this)
Now the thing i'm wondering here is that i think either something is bottlenecking my pc or something is broken(i bought an used GPU and PSU ^^" though seller says they weren't used for too long like 3 months but you can never trust people)
My First Guess would be MOBO cuz i saw few posts here regarding My cpu and this mobo something about thermal design and mobo not giving enough power to CPU but idk myself ^^''
Also i OC'd my GPU as you can see in the link below and i have a feeling my gpu might be either broken or something cuz it doesn't give me FPS it should :S or it may be cuz of some bottleneck
Here is my Result from 3D MARK 11 Basic edition performance mode 1280X720 yes my monitor is shitty not widescreen even though it looks like one xD
http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/10942566
AFTER DOWNCLOCK *update* http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/10942857
and here is from Heaven
http://tinypic.com/m/jfen2t/4 While testing this my temp reached 98C o.o which made me reset my OC xD
*update after reset*

and this is the site i looked up on my gpu for reference
http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/6206/sapphire-radeon-r9-270-dual-x-2gb-oc-overclocked-video-card-review/index4.html
you can see the difference between their result and mine o_O and mine is overclocked as well a bit more than their's as well

One more thing that makes me suspect the mobo is the temps go up and down quite rapidly and after reaching 55C it makes LOOONGGGG BEEP SOUNDS as long as the temp is over 55C the beep will stay on i'm guessing that's some overheat protection but in order for me to able to play games normally without constant beeping i always sleep my pc before gaming and it doesn't beep so that weird :S
Also Game Debate says My Ram is my bottleneck idk what do you guys think sorry for making this long post but i want to give as much information as possible :)
Well i think this concludes this :D Thanks to anyone who decides to read this XD

Solution
Definitely will take a 120front mate.
States it on the specs.

I think you'll find if you unclip the whole front panel the fan will mount externally underneath it.

I bought one for side and there is the normal 90mm on the back Idk i think can't fit 120mm frontal one cuz i think it doesn't have any space to mount it .
I'm gonna open the case later and see if there is any space to fit it
