that 980ti will run games at 4K, but it WONT max them out and manage 60fps, especially GTA V and Arma. However, its as close as you can get with a single GPU really so its a good place to start.

There isn't a good way to run 4k at max settings today in AAA games period. I would suggest waiting until the next series of cards come out before trying to tackle this.
