Hello everyone!!

So, I have an thermaltake ISGC-200 (link model: "http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001388")

With new termal paste and 100% speed fan. And my temperatures go above 97 degrees celsius.
Games like CS Source, Trackmania, Pro Evolution Soccer works fine, when i try Tomb Raider, Far Cry 4, GTA 5, Metal Gear Solid, etc, the pc shuts down.

I already make an GPU stress test and the temperature rises at 77 and stays there. I made an CPU stress test and the temperature rises at 97 and if i let continue the test, the temperature rises and pc shuts down.

What Should I do?

This is my system:

MOB: MSI FM2 A55M E33

CPU: Amd Athlon X4 750K (not overclocked)

GPU: Radeon HD7770 1GB DDR5

RAM: 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 Kingston

Solution
For those who have the same problem, i solve mine like this:

It was my PSU. I remove it and clean the dust and the fan not spinning, so i put some proper oil in the fan, clean it all and voila.

The temperature of my CPU was rising because the heat from my psu was taken directly by my cpu fan.

Thank you all.

So, i reapply thermal paste and verify all the cables and dust. Is all ok, but the problem still there.

I have done a cpu stress and the temperature stablize at 93.

But i realize that when i do a gpu stress and a cpu stress at the same time, the computer shuts down.
If i do only a cpu stress test, is ok. if i do only a gpu stress test, is ok. But when i do both at the same time, the computer shuts down at the second i start the test.

Any advice?

Guys, it's not going to be the PSU if it shuts down at a specific speed or temp.

You said, "CPU stress test and the temperature rises at 97 and if i let continue the test, the temperature rises and pc shuts down."

You are NOT running a Athlon X4 750K at 97º C. Is it, maybe, ºF?

IF (you are talking about the GPU) GOTO exit.

I assume you know that the CPU is shutting itself down to keep it from melting.

Use heavy, high-CFM fans on both sides of the sink. Also, apparently nobody else knows it, but your case is about 10º C hotter inside than outside. Open the side and aim a desk fan in. That actually might solve your problem.

But if you still have a heat prob, just go watercooling.

I added a 3-bay rad to my 2-bay, and I can't get my 4.7 GHz 9590 hotter than 51º, even running prime on 8 cores.

CPU temp should NEVER be a problem since you can add arbitrary rads in the loop. You may need to beef up your pump, though. More pressure = more water per second across cpu = cooler.
