Hi, I'm going on to make a budget gaming PC and need help regarding any thing i might have build

Here are the specs with lowest price I'm getting at my place(Checked both online and local market)
I5 6600+MSI B150 Mortar($360)
G-Skill Ram DDR4 Ripjaws-V –8GB 2133 MHz ($48)
1 TB WD Blue($52)
R9 390 GAMING 8G($450)
Cooler Master air Cooling System – HYPER 212X($43)
DEEPCOOL CABINET – KENDOMEN($51)
Cooler Master PSU – B.600($68)
BENQ MONITOR – RL2240H($127)

*Also have seagate 2TB and WD 500 GB around so storage is not issue.

My first question with this build is that will my PSU be able to run this R9 390?
I would like to tell you that the some component prices might look a tad crazy high to you but prices at my place (New Delhi) are real high for reason like import and customs:(
Other question I have is there anything better i can do/ or do you see any bottlenecks in this build

Thanks in advance

Thanks for your insight,
but i'll most probably have trouble finding seasonic at my place at cost that will fit my budget
I can get CoolerMaster B-Series B700 Watt
and CoolerMaster Thunder 700 Watt that will fit my budget
Can you please suggest what would be better
Both have above 48Amp on 12v rail

What motherboard would you suggest?

Also would like to if i go with a MSI GTX 970 how much difference will i get in fps in most AAA games
I can get it almost $380 ($70 less than 390) + whatever i will save in lower PSU requirement
I'm only going with 390 as it's more future proof with 8gb VRAM(Will be playing strictly to 1080p, any further higher resolution monitors are far too costly at my place)
Not planning to upgrade the rig for aleast next two year after this

Yes I'm currently considering GTX970, that but 8GB VRAM can really come handy considering
that PS4 and XB1 have 8GB VRAM and developer really just port the games to PC and no matter what we
say games are not optimized for high performance but low VRAM(compared to Consoles)
So really confused with that
Also if i consider going with R9 390 are the corsair 700(Both thunder and B)
are they that bad that i should avoid them?

hey man 1) i would get this motherboard: msi z170a gaming m3 (theres a cash back promo on it check the msi website)

2 the gtx 970 the fps will be the same but u get less frame drops with the gtx970, the r9 390 8gb v ram is not relevant atm and you will only see a difference at higher resolution(also the gtx uses less power).

3you don't need more than 500-600 w so maybe u can get one of these
-evga supernova g2
- corsair rm 550 650
-xfx ts
-xfx tr
-super flower golden green
-superflower hx

if u need more suggestions just poke

I don't know man I have fixated my mind on 390 for some reason
I feel like i will regret if i don't make a 390 system
Will wait a week or two save some money and spend it all at 390 built
And i finally found place to get the seasonic 620 PSU you told about
So that should be it
Thank you Guys for all your suggestion and help
