I just bought an used X110 SanDisk 128 GB SSD, and I tested it with AS SSD Benchmark. The first time I was using IDE instead of AHCI, so I changed with this guide:

Now the Benchmark show's msahci - OK, but I think the results are still kinda low for a SATA 3 SSD, am I right? What could be the cause?

Thanks! But, although it is used, the owner said to me he barely used and this matches with the data from CrystalDiskInfo:

70 times powered on, 66 total hours of use. Can I trust this value? Do the memory degrade over time even if it's not being used?

Actually that number 66 is not the actual hours of use. Smart values on this model all start at 100 and count down as they reach the end of their safe limits. So the power on hours actually has used up 44% of the safe number of working hours and has 66% left. It's basically a countdown to failure.

Regarding the degradation during non-use, this too can happen. Many SSDs especially Samsung have been found to degrade and slowly lose memory when powered off, especially if it's for a prolonged period of time. However this type of degradation won't affect newer data that's added to the drive, only old sectors that had been written before it was put in storage.
