Low profile 4k video card

I have an Acer Veriton X4618G that I am using as an HTPC. I currently have an EVGA GT 610 video card installed, which is only a total of 15mm thick (that is about the thickest I can fit in the case). I recently got a new TV that supports 4k resolution. The GT 610 does not support that high of resolution, so I want to get an upgraded card. The problem is that I can only get a card that is a maximum of 15mm thick (including heatsink), and I cannot find any that support 4k resolution. Any ideas?

This seems to be the right thickness, but it is not a low profile card. And yes, 15mm (the width of the bracket) is what I am looking for. The PCI Express slot is at the very bottom of the board, which is right at the bottom of the case. There's no room for much of a heatsink. I looked for a while before I found the GT 610 that I am currently using. I was hoping to find a card that would fit, without needing to get a new case, but I'm not sure if they make anything that will work...at least without spending a couple hundred dollars. I'm not looking for a gaming card, just one for an HTPC that supports 4k resolution.

Not sure why I didn't see that card before lol. I called EVGA and they said it should be about the same as the GT 610 I currently have, so it should fit. I'm going to go ahead and buy it and see. I will post back here whether it works or not. Thanks!!

be interested to know. It's really hard to tell with a lot of these cards even higher end ones what the output really is. Some are 4k capped at 30fps others not.

I should point out that Intel CPUs can handle 4k by themselves now, something to keep in mind if you ever rebuild your HTPC.

To finish up this post, I did end up getting an EVGA GeForce GT 730 (02G-P3-3733-KR). It would not fit in the Acer case, so I just moved everything to a case from a Dell Vostro 230s. The board fits just fine (and as a bonus, the front panel connector has the same pinout!), and gives a lot more room for the heatsink...plus, a slightly bigger power supply (250w vs. 220w). It's working great, and I can watch 4k video just fine. Thanks for your help with this.
