Is this a safe website to buy windows 8?

Did you watch a Paul's Hardware video recently where he bought a Windows 10 Pro key from there? :)

I wouldn't trust that site either. Buy from a reputable retailer such as those SR-71 Blackbird listed or from one of the MANY other reputable sites out there selling Windows. Just find who has the cheapest offer.

Also, why not go with Windows 10? It's the latest and greatest! :D

Assuming the keys are legit, fully paid non-duplicate OEM keys, they are being sold outside the terms of the OEM license: not being bundled with a pre-built system or significant parts of a new system, which means there is still a possibility that Microsoft might revoke them after they identify the OEM these keys are being generated for/from.
