Looking to build the perfect gaming/streaming/capturing PC.

Hello,

I'm new to the PC world and I have no idea about anyting which is why I've come to all of you. I'm a competitive PvP gamer on Ps4 Destiny and Xbox One Halo 5. I sometimes play league as well. I have a decent budget from $1000 to $1500 MAX. I'm looking for anything that can handle hours of gaming and streaming. I would also like a capture card that will record the entire thing if possible. What kind of memory am I looking at? Please help me as I don't want to buy the incorrect tools.

both Nvidia and AMD have built-in capture software as part of their driver packages these days, no need for extra hardware.
the Xeon will be just good as an i7-6700, and the price of it plus the motherboard reflects a newegg combo PC Part picker isn't seeing.

it should let you runs games and capture/stream wtg its 8 threads, the 970 is overkill for 1080p, so you have overhead for your stream
