Looking to get some of these parts used, possibly. Would you recommend that, and if so how many of these parts is it safe to get used? Also, I want suggestions on a better PSU I can pick out for my build.

I thought of dual channel RAM, however with one stick I can add another later, to upgrade to 16 gigs. Also, any better PSU suggestions, or is the one I picked out good? I hear that cx series PSUs are not the highest of quality...
