New vs. Used Parts + PSU Suggestions

Looking to get some of these parts used, possibly. Would you recommend that, and if so how many of these parts is it safe to get used? Also, I want suggestions on a better PSU I can pick out for my build.

first run the ram in sticks of two it will be faster. next you can get every part used except hdd and psu. gpu in some cases.

I thought of dual channel RAM, however with one stick I can add another later, to upgrade to 16 gigs. Also, any better PSU suggestions, or is the one I picked out good? I hear that cx series PSUs are not the highest of quality...

if you have the money now either get the second 8 gig stick or get two 4 gig ones in will run better. and choose a tier 1 2 or 3 unit yours is a tier 4
