Hi. I have a very strange issue. I am trying to get my g.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2x4GB) 2133 ram to run at 2133. I cannot, for the life of me, get it to. I can run it at 1866 no problem. It's not OC for my MB to run it at 2133. At least, it doesn't specify that it Ian. It just specifies that it's capable of 2133 at most.
Anytime I raise it to 2133, instantly half of my ram "is gone". Bios only registers 4K MB, even though on my board explorer and memory profile it registered both sticks of ram. PERFMON sees both sticks, but displays only 3.9 or so available, while 4.1 or so is on hardware reserved.

I don't know what to do. Anytime I try fixing it, my computer just starts acting terribly. Black screens with no display. 5 beeps for CMOS failure. Etc.

I need help before I get rid of everything and quit.

I apologize. I was on my phone and in an frantic hurry.

Now, see, the PERFMON says it's registering everything seemingly fine. I don't even want to go back to the previous state I was in with my computer for the sake of a screen shot. But, if I kick it up to 2133mhz, where it says 'memory usage', it only reads 3.6GB or so. It also says, where hardware reserved is, that nearly 4GB or more is being reserved.

If I kick it back down to 1866, like you see in this screen shot, everything's fine. I don't get it.
