It`s time to pull out or find the motherboard manual.
A few pointers, check in the manual to see if it states how the memory has to be populated on the memory sticks you put in the motherboard.
Some boards do not like memory if it is only populated on one side of the memory stick, and can be fussy like that Jason.
Also check to see if the memory has or supports XMP memory mode.
If it does not disable that feature in the bios if it exists for the motherboard.
Make sure the speed of the memory in the bios is set to 667Mhz that is the correct value for the speed setting as you are using double data rate memory 667Mhz x 2 = 1333Mhz.
Also the reason why you may get three beeps is due to the motherboard not auto detecting the right voltage to power the Kingston ram stick you have.
If you have any other memory sticks in the system, or have used other memory stick other than The Kingston 2Gb then you may have to reset your bios to flush out any of the voltage or memory timing settings the board would of set up.
