So recently I discovered that if I left my laptop running for 15 minutes or so while I was afk, it would sort of go unresponsive.
I am able to move my mouse and interact with open programs, but opening new ones take about 5 minutes/never happens. I also cant ctrl-alt-delete, alt-tab, or press the windows button.

Here is a screenshot of Crystaldiskinfo: http://prntscr.com/a4d9o4

What does this mean? What should I do?

Hi there Nessofacul,

It seems that there are some weak sectors on the drive, which are most probably causing these hangs. My suggestion would be to back up the data stored on the drive.
Is the drive under warranty?

Sometimes, the zero writing process could help when it comes to pending sectors. This will completely wipe the drive(filling 0 value in each sector). This means that you will need to back up all the data stored on the drive before that and reinstall OS afterwards.

After all this, you can re test the drive. In case you get similar results, you will need to replace the drive.(RMA if under warranty).
