I have Decided to buy antec VP550p
If there is any psu which is better than this in this price range please reccommend one (except Seasonic ,EVGA and XFX because these three Brands are not available in my locality)
I will also Overclock My Gpu

MY Spec
Processor- I3 2120 3.30Ghz
GPU- GTX 960 Asus 4GB Strix
Ram- 8GB x 2 = 16Gb DDR3 1333Mhz G skill Ripjaws X Ram
MOBO - P8H61 M LX Rev 3.0 Asus

Solution
Im not sure why I was down voted saying a 500 watt PSU. Like I said run your power numbers through http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator

I did and you are pulling 300 watts at full tilt before overclocking. Since you cant OC your CPU a decent 500 watt PSU will me more than enough. Even with a modest GPU OC you are still only at 330 watts. A SeaSonic G Series SSR-550RM would be a good choice for a fairly low end PC like this one.

The Antec VP550P is just an ok third tier PSU. It is missing a MOV circuit(think surge protector) its also not very efficient at lower loads which you will have most of the time when you are not gaming due to your lower end CPU.

I said it's not recommended, not that it's impossible. These cheap PSU's have components built to a low price for normal use, and that's why they're often not capable of providing more power than they're advertised to. At worst, your PSU can go up in flames, taking the rest of your components with it to the grave.
Not impossible, not recommended.

can this Overclock settings be a problem
GPU Boost Clock = 1400
Max GPU Voltages = 1200
Memory Clock = 7400

Yes. Any overclock can cause stability issues. Not sure what you are getting at though. Are you just thinking along the lines of power draw for a new PSU? If yes then look at my prior post. If no then this was out of the blue with no context so nobody will be able to help with an unknown issue.

How about Overclocking with Seasonic S12II Series 520-Watt Power Supply

@Mohammed muhsin, I have a strong belief that people should buy a power supply that is sufficient quality and wattage for the GPU upgrade they are about to make and for the one after that. So my question to you, what do you think that future upgrade might be? Also do you live in the US or somewhere else? And if in another country, could you post the website URL where you'd be buying your next power supply?

For example, I knew that I wanted a GTX 980 Ti next, but I thought I may possibly upgrade to two 980 Ti's in SLI. That is precisely what happened and because I have a EVGA P2 850, it was a seamless upgrade. By the way, on NewEgg right now, they are selling the EVGA P2 850 for $109.99 after a $30 rebate. That's an excellent deal.

Best quality, stability, efficiency.

Those cheaper PSU's have cheap capacitors from China and are made to just work. That's why most of them (Corsair CX, VS) get 5-star reviews on different sites, because people buy them, put them in a 200W-system, and it's all like paradise. But the second those PSU's get under any sort of heavy-load, it really shows that they're cheap, as some might even completely break, burn out or cause a short circuit.

As said, the Seasonic is of best quality, and will never let you down.

most of them says that antec is the next best psu as comparing to the price of S12II 520
It is also lesser expensive than seasonic
is there will be any big problems buying Antec model

As said, not recommended to OC on it, but for a small one you should be fine. The Seasonic is miles ahed of the Antec, but the Antec is still a good unit.

There is absolute no reason you can't overclock your GPU on that antec - some of the ideas regarding overclocking on tier 3 psu's is absolutely nonsensical !

Your components with top out at 240w max, the antec has loads of headroom , it will not be an issue at all pushing the 960 a little more.

Ultimately pointless though as if anything bus a weak point there its going to be the old i3.

So are you reccomending to buy a Antec VP550P
And i have one more advantage that If i buy Antec i could buy another 8gb ram
So please help me choose One
i have one more question
if the GPU temparature
is at 60 - 80 % will it affect PSU

OC Settings
GPU Boost Clock = 1400
Max GPU Voltages = 1200
Memory Clock = 7400

I'm recommending you buy whats in your budget , the antec is a budget PSU. Its not incredible quality, its not dire quality - its just plain average.
The seasonic is better quality but at twice the price isn't a good buy on a tight budget.
The antec will 'do the job' without exploding or burning out your system.

I don't understand your obsession with GPU overclocking at all , where are you getting those oc speeds from ?? There's no guarantee your 960 will be stable at those speeds which will be down to the GPU itself not the PSU.
I wouldn't want a card pushing 80c personally even though its within spec - 70c is my cut off point on maxwell GPU temps personally - if you're regularly hitting more than low 70's then IMO your case cooling isn't really sufficient.
You already have 16gb ram??
If so adding another 8gb won't benefit you in any way at all

8gb is enough ram at the moment for any gaming , 16gb is overkill but will offer some future proofing.
