Hello, i want to upgrade my current pc and i'm looking for a good PSU + GPU combo within a 150$ budget. All the components will be bought from Romania so keep that in mind when making suggestions. Currently i am thinking about 3 choices of video card : The GTX 750 ( the most expensive one, not sure if i can afford a good PSU if i get this card), AMD R7 250 or the cheap GT 730 DDR5. As for psu , i'm thinking a Corsair VS 450W. I'm looking for console-like experience in AAA games (720p with 25+ FPS, at low-med settings). 75+ FPS in Dota 2 is a must.

My current specs are :

  • Gigabyte G41MT-S2P
Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5700 3.00GHz ( I plan on getting a quad core Q6600 or better in the next months)
    Palit GT520 2GB DDR3 64 bit
    RAM 2x Kingmax 2Gb DDR3 1333MHz
    HDD Western Digital WDC WD10EARS-00Y5B1
    Delux 450W ATX PSU
    LG W1946S-BF 18.5', 1366 x 768
    Windows 10 64 bit
    Case Delux MT482 + 1 case fan Spire 120mm

Thank you.

The reason why I suggested the seasonic unit is not because of the rating, but because that it has good quality and last you for a while. Why buy a unit that'll last you 3 years at most when a slightly more expensive one will last much more?

If you can, I'd suggest giving me a website that you shop on and your budget on the PSU, i'll try my best to look for the best unit in your price range.
