case fan rear exhaust or intake?

alright so I have Cooler master hyper 212 evo and i could not fit the fan because of my ram so I'd put the fan of the hyper 212 evo on the other side near the rear fan. So should i make my rear fan intake or exhaust?

Like he said, exhaust. Of all the tests I have seen, there is no difference in performance when switching the fan from one side to another as long as it is pushing or pulling air in the same direction as the case fans.

but my hyper 212 evo is pushing the air towards the front case so if i put it on exhaust would it be like they're clashing to one another?
