I have a computer connected to a router, and security cameras connected to a different router, but it is both from the same modem. they have to separate public ip addresses, and for some reason I cannot access the cameras from my computer.

please help me Thanks!

Solution
Two different routers with two different IPs means you can't reach one of them without setting up a multi-homed setup on the computer with dual network cards. One attached to one router, other attacked to the other. You can also get this working by using a managed switch and setting up a routing table on it to be able to move data from one network to the other.
