I'm thinking about getting a new graphics card for my PC, but I don't know the specifics or if my computer will even support it...

Space needed...
Power usage...
etc...

XFX PCI-Express Video Card R7-360P-2SF5 - Graphics card: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ZCBEO2C/?tag=xtremegaminer-20

Is it possible, would I need any additional components, or is there a better cheap graphics card that would work?

Note: Trying to make Directx 12 possible as was a reason for choosing this card.

Thanks for the recommendation, I usually play a variety of games, but I'm hoping to be able to run GTAV once I get this all working. The problem before was that my VRAM was capped at 512MB which was heavily needed for a game such as GTAV.

Hmmmm, so basically I would need to upgrade the CPU, GPU, and the PSU in order to get it to run well?

the motherboard in your computer is an fm2. socket type for the AMD FX 4350 is am3+ you would have to replace your motherboard. your probably be best just building a whole new computer.

Hmmm, do the newer CPUs not support fm2 or is it just finding one that does?

Question 1. Would simply replacing the motherboard be possible?
Question 2. What would I be looking for in terms of a motherboard?
Question 3. And if I did decide to build a new PC, could I use the old case?
Question 4. Would I need any other components to be upgraded or could I use the ones from the old model?

Thanks for all your help though.

you could just upgrade the mobo and psu and cpu though if your gonna go that far you mine as well buy a new case and you could use your old components such as your hard drive but you basically be replacing everything motherboard prices will varies depending what socket what features you get they dont really start getting too exspensive until you want to sli and oc . if you do decide to doing any upgrades use this site to make sure everything's compatible. Glad i could help :) heres the site https://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/
