hello!! , i just enter to bios and i find in front of me, 3 choices

1: energie saving (if i remember right)
2: normal mode
3: performance mode

i press "performance mode" and when boot my pc, i check my cpu frequency was on 4,4ghz (almost) , from default 4.0 -4.2(in turbo) , and my bus speed is 216 - 218mhz from 200 (default).
My temps is little bigger but no problem about that. (<3 noctua)

That was the only thing that setting change? (only cpu?) <-- here need answer;p

ONE : On Cpu-z that frequncies isnt stable on idle, goes from 1500 to 4.4 (is that only for energie saving perpuses or is smthng unstable ?? <-- here need and answer ;p

TWO : my rams regognized as 1600mghz , i want to manualy set to 1886 cas 8-9-9-24 as the manufacture says. Any problem to do it ? <--- here need answer :p

is anything to need to know about this simple settings? i am not a Overclocker and i dont wanna be (for now) , i just wanna see my rig playing on max *default-standar* settings (you know what i mean)

Maby can i hurt something with this settings ? (i dont want this ofc!!) i realy wanna understand that simple setting from motherboard (is just 1 click, LeL) is it safe? is it not?

cpu: fx8350
mobo: asus sabertooth 990fx gen2 r2.0

Sry for my bad English and Tnx alot for your time to reading:)

Solution
Those 3 settings.
1. Underclocking when on idle or light load, frequency and voltages lowered as much as possible to save power and cool better.
2. Normal = normal settings, neither under nor overclocked, there will still be some power savings but not as aggressive as under 1.
3. Some overclocking as needed, Turbo a bit higher than on normal, still some power savings when on idle.

CPU-Z is reporting state and frequency as it is that moment, it should change as load changes.
With aggressive power savings, some lags may be introduced while it is switching to higher power mode.
All 3 modes are quite safe including performance mode since you have good cooling. That setup can take much higher frequencies than those with automatic...

All 3 modes are quite safe including performance mode since you have good cooling. That setup can take much higher frequencies than those with automatic settings as they are pretty conservative.
RAM, if it's rated at 1866 MHz you can set by raising it's multiplier manually.
If you are getting satisfactory results with Normal or Power saving modes, just leave at one of them, otherwise there will be no harm done in performance mode either as long as everything stays nice and cool under prolonged full load.
Use: http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4645-amd-overdrive.html to monitor system as it's more accurate and with more data than CPU-Z.
