What are some good case fans an radiator fans?

Looking to change my fans out, and trying to find some fans that have decent air flow with low noise.

I have a fan controller so I dont really need the quiet version as i can control the rpms.

I was looking at the Cougar CFD12HBR 120mm fans.. are they any good? I also was thinking about using those cougars but the 140mm version on my h110 cooler but im not sure if they would be good on a rad.

Im going for ones that are either straight black or have a red color.. any suggestions? I have a 900d case looking to get 4 on the bottom 3 on the front, 1 on the back, and 5 140mm on top

Cougars are decent I have GREEN ones in my Cougar case.

LED's on the Cougar are some of the best.

ah ok gotcha, thanks. Do they do a decent job on a radiator or should i look at different fans for the rad? Id do push and pull set up on it so I think they should be fine but let me know what you think.

yes but they dont have a 140mm SP fan do they? I have not found one that has the red ring set up only 140mm AF and their 120mm SP which kinda sucks since i need a 140 for my rad :(

Im trying to match my build for once lol
