All the parts work, I noticed that the gpu starts and stops but I thought I had enough power?

Specs are:
Gpu: Gtx 970
Psu: cx 750
Cpu: fx-8350
Mono: msi 970 gaming

All help is appreciated

Edit: there's enough power, I will try a different gpu tomorrow

Solution
Just had this same issue with MSI X99A Raider Mobo, E5-2667v3 CPU, Geforce 740 OC GPU. This was a completely new build. On startup all fans working, no beeps, no display. Checked all connections etc. and all seemed fine, but NO DISPLAY.

The problem ended up being the Dell U2412M monitor which has a native resolution of 1920 x 1200. The GPU without drivers could not display at this resolution. Swapped the monitor out for one with a lower native resolution and the system had been working all along. Wasted 3+ hours trying to troubleshoot.

Hope this helps someone.

Did it work beforehand and you have windows installed already?
Do you have any windows only applications that you need windows for?
Is it connected by HDMI or something else?
Is it connected to a TV or a Monitor?
Do you have access to another computer?

If you have access to another computer, do you have an empty CD or Flash Drive?
You can install Linux onto them by doing a simple google search and put them into the not-working PC.

Make sure that you don't delete any partitions if you do install Linux, and if you want to install windows, you can install it from the Microsoft website (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10) and download the tool to get windows, and use the repair windows when booting it.

Also if you ever need to use a windows 10 product key, you can use (TX9XD-98N7V-6WMQ6-BX7FG-H8Q99)

I suspect it may be the gpu driver that is the issue, but I can't install it without a display, and the mobo has no onboard graphics. I do have access to other computers, I am using a hard drive with Windows 10 from a previous computer.

What does it display? Does it boot to BIOS?

Might be a motherboard issue: https://us.msi.com/product/motherboard/support/970-GAMING.html#down-bios

It doesn't display anything, the motherboard does light up and I assume it posts, but there is no buzzer, I'll try it tomorrow

Okay, update, so I tried a different gpu, the fan moves but there is no display. The mobo lights up, but the buzzer makes no noise. I really doubt that there is a problem with the parts. To install mobo drivers I need to be on an os, but there's no display.
