did it just all of a sudden stop working properly? it sounds like the onboard audio is dying. disable the device in BIOS and see if the static/buzzing is still there.
if so there may be other issues that need attention.
It started when I finished managing my pc wires. Idk if I struck anything and caused it, but I only worked with the wires behind the motherboard tray. I haven't tried disabling the audio in bios. I'll try that now. Bluetooth audio works if you wanted to know.
it's possible you have incorrectly placed one of the wires.
For simplicity, do the following:
1) unhook all the case wires except the power ON (no HDD indicator, audio etc)
2) Verify no other wires are touching the motherboard where they should not be
3) Unhook any unnecessary motherboard wires such as USB (can start a song then unhook ALL USB connectors. I've seen USB issues before but I doubt it's the case here)
It sounds a bit like a wire GROUNDING out part of the motherboard. I suppose it's possible to damage on-board audio but start there.
(I suspect your Bluetooth audio solution uses its own audio processing chip so is not directly related to the onboard audio)
