I can't seem to get a consistent temperature reading on my CPU.
Coretemp, Realtemp, Speccy, HWMonitor and CorsairLink (Using an H80i for watercooling) all say something weird like 0 degrees or even -1 degrees. I got ASUS PC Probe, which came bundled in with my motherboard drivers, to give realistic results that I used to be able to overclock. But I still find it really weird that other programs can't give normal readings.
Is it worth my time to do a BIOS update? Or should I just accept that I may have a faulty thermal sensor?
I'm running a Phenom X4 955 Black Edition on an ASUS M4A88TD-EVO/USB3 motherboard.
