Desktop PC is unexpectedly shutting down

I've been having some random restarts on a relatively new PC build. I originally built it in August of 2015, but didn't get the graphics card installed until last month, which is when we started to notice issues.

It seems to consistently restart when I try to launch a server game on Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

All drivers are up to date, I've been checking temps using HWmonitor and I'm not noticing any spikes on GPU or CPU temperature. Seems like CPU temps are <40C and GPU temps are <70C. It seems like I have plenty of margin on my PSU for the wattage I'd be drawing.

I'm getting several windows event log errors, but I think most are showing up at startup after the system restarted. Picture of the windows log is linked here -> https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7K6rARHRr0hTmJmQnVtV3FXSU0/view?usp=sharing

I'm kind of at a loss.. All of the simple troubleshooting hasn't helped me to identify the problem.. Is anybody able to help?

Solution
The 750w SuperNOVA NEX750B is not a very good power supply , tend to be unstable.

No stating that this is the issue but that power supply is known to be unstable , It's plenty of power but a poor PSU.

I personally think it might be.

The pc restarts.

Definitely didn't do that.. Something I can try when I get home from work today.

No overclocking attempted.

I tried uninstalling drivers using the DDU tool, and removed NVIDIA PhysX.. Updated with the latest Radeon graphics drivers 16.1.1, but the problem persists....

Any other thoughts? Am I uninstalling the integrated driver correctly, or do I need to go into the BIOS and switch anything?
Also I'm running windows 10, FYI..

Any way to monitor that PSU to isolate it as the problem?

What other PSU would you recommend in its place?

A new power supply seems to have resolved the issue. I replaced with the "EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 80+ GOLD" from the tier 1 section of the list..

Thanks everyone for your help in troubleshooting this.
