I'm planning on playing the latest games and future games at a max resolution my monitor is an AOC Q2778VQE 27" 2560x1440 and here are parts.

Looks preatty good, you should change the memory kit to a 2 stick one so you have room for expansion, and you might as well get a 256gb ssd since the cost around 15$ more then 120gb ones

That cooler is big. May not be able to use 2 of the memory slots, depending on how tall the heat spreaders are. You can't OC that CPU, so you might opt for a standard Intel HS/Fan.
