Is Frontech jil 2423 600w PSU good enough?

I am planning to buy a GPU along with a low budget PSU.

I am looking to buy :-

Asus r7 260x direct CU II OC 1gb
OR
GTX 750TI

The PSU has no PCI exp connector so can I run those graphics card with this psu..?

Cheapest with decent quality would be a Antec VP450. Even a Corsair VS450 is better than the Frontech.
