What happened actually from the start
An year ago(August,2014) I build my pc with specs. It ran very well almost an year and I decided to switch to a new motherboard.
So the start build was
AMD FX-4300 Black Edition
GIGABYTE 78LMT-S2PT
Transcend 4GBx2 Rams @1600Mhz
Zotac Nvidia 750ti 2GB OC
1 tb HDD WD BLUE
iBall Marathow 500W

My New(Current) build
AMD FX-4300 Black Edition
GIGABUTE 78LMT-USB3 (few moths old)
Transcend 4GBx2 Rams @1600Mhz
Zotac Nvidia 750ti 2GB OC (few moths old)
1 tb HDD WD BLUE
iBall Marathow 500W

In my old build or before switching to the new motherboard games like CS:GO and other high end graphics games runs very smoothly. After switching to my new motherboard (At this point my GPU was not working properly because I think I didn't stored in a good way till the new motherboard arrived so I got a new gpu from zotac as it was in warranty). So it was almost 1-2 week my gpu arrived after new motherboard. I installed my gpu properly everything was fine, but when I play the same games CS:GO my computer restarts gives an error report

First error report:

Blue Screen code:
0x00000124

Second error report:

A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Component: AMD Northbridge
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: HyperTransport Watchdog Timeout Error
Processor ID: 0

I tried lot of solutions, like applying thermal paste once again, give more cooling, uninstall windows, tried linux (getting restart),updating the bios(worked for 2days then errors again). I noticed that my Northbride temp goes high but I can't get the actual reading of temp just before the reboot. I posted some threads but nothing worked and thought to quite gaming and make it a office desktop and program apps for linux. But seriously I can't do that. It's been few months I'm getting this and I thought to write a thread thoroughly. Still everything is in warranty.
My issue is some what same like this http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/298210-28-hypertransport-watchdog-timeout-error-0x00000124-code-bsod but I don't see any broken capacitors. I don't have any penny to spend on my pc anymore so please help me this out. It can be solved by my-self at home or I got a defected motherboard from Gigabyte which means a proper replace.
