my laptop wont let me download anything, it gets this "0x0000005" error and even checking for udates never finishes. Ive tried to run tools to get rid of the 0x0000005 but they either just get shut off or it ironicly, gets the 0x0000005 error. Also any setups that have somehow dowloaded wont run after the laptop asks for admin rights. Please help, it'd be VERY much appreciated.
ps. Its windows 7 and has been recently reformatted by someone else.
