I would send it without the photos.
If they see your photos, they might dismiss the rma out of hand.
You want to force Philips to do some testing...

Thank you for your answer,But sometimes people look to the screen and not seeing anything so that warranty can say kind of answers as well, anyway I will print the detailed photo and I will send to warranty with photos,I m obsessive with dead pixels,I hate the problem...

I suspect you might get some hassle.
It looks to me more like one or two dead spots.
Moreover, they are not in the central viewing area where they impact you much.

Try rubbing the areas with a bit of pressure. Sometimes, that clears them up.

Or, you can say, there are 3/4 and return the unit to Philips.
I bet they would replace it, but no guarantees.

Thank you for answer anyway I have same idea as yours,Spots are not filled up by dead pixels anyway My brain is coming and going,Should I send it or not?

but as I said here I will print the photos and I will send like that...

I would send it without the photos.
If they see your photos, they might dismiss the rma out of hand.
You want to force Philips to do some testing to verify your claims.
Possibly, they will not bother, simply send you a reconditioned replacement and let the repair department figure out how to recondition your unit.

Yes I m thinking like you exactly but I m living on of the third level disgusting country,People are terrible here and I can guess their answers before questions, anyway I thought sending with photos better idea and most of people who come my home they say "No problem bro,I can see nothing" then I m saying,"now go and look closer the area" then they say "ohh I m seeing"

I paid so much money for this monitor so I m expecting to non problem panel,Am I wrong?

All monitor vendors will have dead pixel policies.
A couple unobtrusive ones are not considered as a defect.
A common way is to not allow any dead pixels in the central viewing area, but allow a few in outlying areas.
Some will charge more for a "perfect pixel" monitor.

There will be a cost to return the monitor.
Such distractions can get only worse over time, So I think you should do something about it and not let it fester.
Consider selling the monitor with full disclosure of the dead pixel and buying a "perfect pixel" replacement.
