i got an asrock x58 deluxe motherboard and i cannot make it detect more than 6gb of ram..when i install any of the dimm in a2,b2,c2 slots nothing happens..the pc does not boot..any suggestions?

Solution
Could try resetting the CMOS and try with the OCZ only, maybe even each individually - then if they will boot, can try raising the DRAM and the QPI/VTT voltages

Post the part numbers or the specs of the modules that you are installing.

the ones that i got now on a1,b1,c1 are TRX6G1600C9 corsair 1,65v ver 8.1 . the ones that i was trying to install was some ocz ones of a friend of mine that are triple channel on the same x58 motherboard..do i need to have all 6 dimm's exactly the same?

For both the triple channel to be activated, all modules have to be identical. Voltage, timings and so on.
Try removing the Corsairs. Install the oczs to the white slots, boot to check memory recognized or not, then add the corsairs to the second channel. The issue could be due to different specs of the oczs. Let us know what the results are.

if i install the ocz the pc wont even boot...!i see only black screen and nothing happens...same goes if i install the corsair ones on blue slots (a2,b2,c2).it seems it needs at least one dimm to be on a1 in order for my pc to even boot..
