hi i resetted my pc it was running very slow before the reset. i though it was some kind of virus but it wasnt. its running very slow after the reset. and i can't connect to the internet. help

Look in device manager, if there are any ?'s it needs a driver.

And it must need a driver for ethernet or wireless, because you cant get online

Was windows preinstalled on this or did you install it?

Hmm the drivers should be on it so drivers may not be the prob. HOW are you trying to get online? Ethernet or wireless?

If this is a laptop press the wireless key if you use wireless

Test your hard drive using Seatools for DOS or Windows to make sure you don't have a failing drive.
If it passes all short and long tests then run Memtest X86 for 12 hours to see if it might be a RAM issue.
Also, when you say reset, are you using Windows 8/10 reset from the recovery menu?

its a desktop. and Ethernet. and i am trying to use internet explore. and it seems to be impossible to search up Things on this pc. it takes ages to react. like if i like press h i need to wait like 1 minute for it to react.

If its crashing after a reset the hdd maybe faulty / corrupt

Look in device manager for the ethernet entry.

Does it say it's working?. If the icon for ethernet is on the taskbar, right mouse on it / troubleshoot. What does it say

Run IE go to tools / internet options / connections / LAN settings. If proxy is ticked untick it

It sounds like its corrupt if that crashes, windows crashes and it's slow

You may have to replace the hdd.
