Hey can I max out GTA 5 with these specs 60fps 1080p. I've been having trouble getting consistently 60fps. What is causing my system to bottleneck? How can I improve it?

Motherboard: Asus X58 Sabertooth Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: Kingston 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Case: NZXT 530 Source Full Tower
Power Supply: EVGA 600W 80+ Power Supply
