Cpu is 60-75°C using Intel TS13X Liquid Cooling Solution - help plox

Hello I just bought a new case for my computer and I plugged everything in. I noticed straight away that my CPU cooler started being really loud, so I investigated the situation and double checked if everything was set up the right way. It is, it might be my configuration though. I'm gonna link a few pictures so tell me what you think.

This first picture is taken from the outside of my case, it is the grill in the middle.

My theory is that this fan is pushing hot air out and then the other 2 fans above and below are sucking that hot in again and it just keeps going like that, I don't know if that is what is happening though and I have no idea how I would fix that, ideas are appreciated :)
