Hi im getting no post on star up on my pc unless i restart it manually i get error code on my motherboard which according to the manual it point to ram i tested in all slots an still get the same error code i did a memtest 48 hours and it gave me 52 errors but when i do one pass it gives me no errors. So i don't know if its something else but when i blue screen i get memory exception handled which is usually related to ram.I tried relaxing the timings from 9-9-9-24 to 9-11-11-24-t2 and it crashes less i also increased voltage a bit from 1.5 to 1.525 Any help would really appreciate it.

PC Specs

Solution
Very unlikely its the motherboard slot as RAM tends to be the failure point here most of the time. Assuming you have multiple sticks of memory I would start by only using one stick and test ie remove all but the one. Run memtest using the one stick then wash and repeat to find the bad stick of memory. I expect you will find one that is bad.

oddly i reseated the cpu and cleaned the heatsink and found salt in between the pins had to take a toothpick and scrape them off with a magnifying glass how da .... does salt grow on the pins o.o my thermal paste was almost solidified maybe moisture accumulated between the pins and made salt ? Go thing is i dont get error code 19 anymore ima do another memtest 24 hour 4 pass n see if its stable
