Hey guys, i have a simple but good rig :

Core i5 2310 4x 2.90ghz(boost to 3.20)
8GB DDR3 1333Mhz
AMD Radeon HD6970 2GB (Gigabyte version)
Asus P8H67-V
Corsair TX650W

So, i can run a lot of new gen games at high settings at a playable FPS, BF4 runs at high/ultra 900p at 50 to 60fps, had trouble with The Witcher 3, Medium/High at 30fps, so, i should i upgrade? i'm doing kinda good here with this card, how long will it hold? i mean, it can do COD AW at Max 1080p and 60fps, saw it on YouTube, still a good card?

It sounds like it's still playable but at the end of the day it comes down to what your expectations are, how much you're willing to spend, and how long from now you see yourself upgrading again. If you want to play 1080p or higher resolutions at 60fps ultra then you're going to want to bump up to a 970/r9 390. If you're happy with high settings at 1080p then a 380/x, 280/x, or 960/950 would be good options. You can always check local classifieds for used parts as well. My GTX 660 still holds up at 1080p, but I use my newer 770 for obvious reasons.
I don't have any experience with that CPU but it should be alright. Any i5 is generally good enough for gaming.

I mean, i want 1080p gaming at High/Ultra, i was looking for a R9 280x, ou R9380x, my monitor is 900p max, so that's why i think that i'm getting high frame rates, but $$ is always what speaks louder, my country is in a middle of a crisis, prices are becoming twice as the original, so yeah, this HD6970 is making a bit more than consoles can offer
