Which new PC build should I go for?

I am planning on building my very first entry level gaming pc soon. I am only looking to play games such as League of legends, DOTA 2, rocket league, and possibly a few more similar to those, schoolwork, and video streaming. I have two builds I am currently working on PCpartpicker and my budget is between $500-$630. I also need a suggestion for a PSU that will not provide too much wattage but will have enough room for upgrades in the future such as a gtx 970. Permalinks below thanks!

Definitely get the second link. The processor is the only thing better, but it's not like comparing a i5-4690K to a i5-6500K, where there isn't really any differences when gaming...

Definitely get the second link. The processor is the only thing better, but it's not like comparing a i5-4690K to a i5-6500K, where there isn't really any differences when gaming. The first links processor isn't only dual core, and not even the best dual core at that.
