So I have a fun one for you guys, I want you to create the best possible builds you can for under $1000 (USD, not Canada) This PC should be video streaming/ recording (1080p, 60fps )ready, and the OS has to be included into the price (Windows 10 is recommended, but 8.1 is OK... i guess). Used parts are allowed, but remember that safety is a good thing and valued, (I wouldn't touch used psus with a 10 foot pole) these parts can come from anywhere, (amazon, eBay, best buy, etc...) You don't have to show proof, but don't cheat, that's not cool. If you can keep it under $500 you get double points

So here is my entry,
CPU/fan: AMD fx- 8350 $123.51 (eBay)
Motherboard: ASUS Micro ATX DDR3 2000 AMD AM3+ Motherboard M5A78L-M/USB3 $35.25 (amazon)
GPU: Powercolor Radeon HD 7970 $115 (Amazon)
Seagate 1TB HDD (new) $49.17 (Amazon)
Ram: Crucial Ballistix sport 8gb (4gbx2) $37.99
Evga 600w silver non modular psu $41.99 (Best buy)
Windows 10 Pro $133.98 (Amazon)
Rosewill Micro atx mini tower $29.99 (amazon)

total: $566.88 (including shipping)

Solution
That motherboard should technically support an fx 8350 although it's a typical budget board with 4+1 power phases so it's a bit on the weak side as far as power delivery. The vrm's aren't heatsinked either, potential there for the vrm to cause cpu throttling.

As for motherboard manufacturers being 'honest', it can easily be pointed out that many companies are offering skylake motherboards promising compatibility with ddr3. The problem being the cpu provides the memory controller, not the motherboard and intel has specifically warned against it due to potential of damaging their cpu's. Just because a motherboard manufacturer says it's all good doesn't always make it so. Not that it applies to fx cpu's however it's more or less proving...

Asus shows that this motherboard does in fact support the fx 8350
This is from them, so unless their website flat out lies, it works

yeah I know it officially supports the FX8350, but it's almost flat out false advertisement. That motherboard is not REALLY good enough for a 125w cpu.

and EVGA does not make a 600w Silver efficient spu that I know of. It has to be the 600B. Can you provide a link to it?
