I'm getting a MSI H81M-E33 and a i5 4460, are they both compatible because it says that I would have to update the bios if its the wrong bios version and I really don't want to do that :p I feel like mess up.

Yes there is a very small chance that you would need to update it, and to update it, you would need a first run Haswell cpu like any of the i5s I mentioned above or an i3 4130, 4330, i5 4670, i5 4670k, i7 4770, i7 4770k, or the "s" version of any of those.

If you are in the US buying from a major online retailer, I would say there would be a 0% chance.
Unless the BIOS has BIOS 6.4 on it when you get it, that's right

The BIOS will have to be updated somehow, before you use it

If you decide to get them I would send whoever you're getting it from an email, and ask if they can flash it before they send it.
