Hey guys my gaming PC build is above, it is a budget build around $750, what monitor (60hz or 120hz) would you recommend if I am playing games such as WoW and CS:GO. My price range is limited so I would rather not spend a whole bunch of money. Thanks.

Solution
It's not like you are putting yourself at a disadvantage by having a 144hz monitor, you just aren't going to be able to make the most of it with a GTX 950.

Look at it like an investment for the future - when you eventually upgrade the GPU you'll still have a decent monitor to pair it with.
Basically,

If you are on budget:
For gaming: 144Hz 1080p TN monitor (fast-paced games like CS:Go is better on this)
For photo/video editing: 60Hz 1080p/1200p IPS monitor

If you can afford better monitor:
144Hz 1440p IPS monitor with GSync (the best gaming allrounder gaming monitor you can find)

Avoid 60Hz TN monitors! This is only waste of money.

BTW,
GTX950 is too weak to get full advantage of 144Hz monitors. (You still get benefits from 144Hz monitor)

I would get a cheaper CPU but I already bought it and it's too late to return it :( so I was dumb but if I get a 144hz monitor would everything run fairly smoothly? I'm not too aufuly worried about ultra settings. I'm kind of a casual player haha

If it is mainly CS:GO and WoW a GTX 950 will do it just fine at 144HZ, games like Witcher 3 will need a tuning down to medium-high to be enjoyable in 60-80FPS though.
