Install Intel Serial IO Driver Before Intel Chipset Driver (INF)?

I'm doing a clean Windows install on a Dell laptop with an Intel motherboard. I've downloaded all the drivers, etc. but I'm not sure of the Intel driver installation order, particularly whether to install the Intel Serial IO Driver before the Intel Chipset Driver (INF)?

Apologies if I'm not posting this in the correct forum.

Thanks Phillip, I was aware of this but recently saw Acer recommending for the Aspire E3-111-C5NY that the Intel Serial IO driver is installed before the Chipset Driver so wasn't sure if this was always the case?

I think that after these two the Intel Management Interface and Intel Rapid Storage should be installed in that order but again would appreciate confirmation.
